About me
Hanyun Li is an Assistant Professor in Counseling and serves as the Track Coordinator for the School Counseling Program at the University of Cincinnati. Her research agenda includes multicultural counseling, counseling leadership and advocacy, and professional identity development of counselors. Her research projects promote culturally responsive and socially just counselor education and supervision for underrepresented counseling students, as well as advocate for multicultural counseling services for marginalized clients and PK-12 students. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and an independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, D.C. Her counseling practicing experiences include school counseling services for PK-12 students and clinical mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
