About me
Hongshan Shao is an assistant professor in the Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling at California State University, Northridge. Her research interests include career counseling and development with international students/Asian populations; cross-cultural training, counseling, and supervision; multicultural and social justice advocacy. The presenter has worked with international students in counseling, classrooms, and supervision settings.
